Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Discord Server Requirements

• You must be the owner or have administrative permissions for the Discord server
• Your server must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• You must not use our service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes

Prohibited Uses

Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content and activities in your Discord server. We reserve the right to suspend service for servers that violate these terms or Discord's policies.

Our service is designed to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service. By using AkuWorks, you acknowledge that:

• You will use our bot in accordance with Discord's API Terms of Service
• You understand that Discord may modify their terms, affecting our service
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
• Discord's terms take precedence in case of conflicts

API Usage

Our bot operates within Discord's API rate limits and guidelines. We implement proper rate limiting and caching to ensure responsible API usage.

Service Limitations

• Free tier includes basic verification for up to 5,000 server members
• Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage
• Some features may require premium subscription (when available)
• Service availability depends on Discord's platform stability

No Warranty

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high accuracy in bot detection, no system is 100% perfect. We cannot guarantee that all bots will be detected or that legitimate users won't be affected.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, server disruption, or member dissatisfaction.

Data Collection

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide verification services:
